Day 1
Arrival at the airport (in Trapani or Palermo) in the morning. Arrival in the hotel then guided tour in the centre of Trapani.
Dinner in the historical Pizzeria Calvino or dinner in a typical restaurant. After dinner, wine tasting and visit to the Ligny tower.
Day 2
Visit at the fish market in Trapani where the fish will be bought for the evening cooking class. Departure for Marsala following the “salt route”.
- Visit at Florio’s cellars.
- Visit in a dairy and lunch.
- Visit of the Marsala city centre.
Back to Trapani and cooking class at Nuara’s.
Day 3
Departure for Palermo with a stop in Segesta to visit the archeological site.
Arrival in Palermo. Visit at the Il Capo Market and of other places where you can find the typical street food of Palermo.
Visit of the Massimo Theatre and walking tour. Back to Trapani and group splits up for dinner of their own choice.

Day 4
Departure for Favignana with the hydrofoil. Visit of about 2 hours at Florio’ establishment.
The rest of the day is free.
Back to Trapani and visit at the Culcasi salt- pan in Nubia. At sunset vist and dinner in the Salt Museum.

Day 5
Departure for Erice and visit of the town. Visit of an historical confectioner’s.
Happy hour in the local (town) wineshop.
Departure from Trapani or Palermo airport in the afternoon/evening.
