Day 1
Arrival in Pantelleria and transfer from the airport to the hotel. Free day on your disposal to enjoy the local beauties and to relax in the sun or to stroll around the town, few minutes far from the hotel. At 7pm boarding for a wonderful boat ride at sunset, dinner on board and opportunity of bathing and fishing. Return at 10pm. Overnight stay.
Day 2
Breakfast. Panoramic excursion of the island accompanied by very expert local guide: you will visit the most interesting and relevant locations such as the Lago di Venere, the Cala dei Cinque Denti and the typical fishing village of Gadir up to the huge Arco dell’Elefante. The excursion concludes with the visit to the Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie. Return to the hotel around 1:30pm, free lunch and afternoon. Dinner included.
Day 3
Breakfast. Sensorial an d thermal excursion thanks to the geographic characteristics of the island. It begins by thermal waters of Gadin where you will try the calidarium and the frigidarium, Roman ancient ritual with invigorating effects, then it continues with the Lago di Venere, famous for its mud rich in sulphur and its spring waters. You will enjoy the mud therapy. The route continues through the Contrada di Sibà to the stunning Cave of Benikula: natural sauna already known in the Byzantine era. At lunch time you will have a pleasant picnic at a local farm. The day concludes with the caves of Sateria. Return to the hotel in the late afternoon, free time then dinner.
Day 4
Breakfast. The day is dedicated to taste delicious local food, at the most famous farms of the island. Wine, straw wine, oil, cheese, caper bush are only some of the products you will taste. Moreover during the tasting you will find out how to prepare some traditional recipes surrounding by unique landscapes far from tourist flows. The lunch based on typical products will be at a family-run restaurant. The day continues with the visit to the upland Mueggen with its famous vineyards. The day concludes at the only one craft brewery of the island to immerse yourselves completely into the flavours of Pantelleria. Return around 5pm. Dinner at the hotel.
Day 5
Breakfast. Exciting and adventurous day on board of a boat in order to discover landscapes, coves and beaches only attainable by sea. Lunch on board. The boat has all comforts. Return to the hotel around 4:30pm. Free time. Dinner.
Day 6
Breakfast. Time to pack your luggage and… final surprise! There will be a cooking class held by talented chefs expert on local food who will reveal you their secrets so that you can use them once coming back home. Transfer to the airport and end of our services.
