DAY 2: TYPICAL PORK PRODUCTS OF MARCHE

Departure for Macerata and beginning of course of butchery.
Lunch with the local butchery’s products.
Walk in the Abbadia of Fiastra and visit of the ruins of Urbisaglia
Departure and dinner in the hotel.
DAY 3: MONDAVIO: THE MEDIEVAL VILLAGE, HONEY and CHEESE
Breakfast and departure for Mondavio: course on how honey is produced. Lunch at the beekeeper’s, lesson on how to make cheese
Visit of Rocca Roveresca.
Departure and dinner in hotel.
DAY 4: WINE TREKKING
Breakfast; arrival at the first wine cellar, wine tasting. Walk in the vineyards.
Arrival in the second wine cellar, lunch with wine tasting and guided tour in a medieval village.
Arrival in the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 5: PERGOLA EXPERIENCE
Breakfast. Arrival in Pergola and visit of the Gilded bronzes museum.
