For your holiday in Tuscany, we suggest villa Fabianella, at Giannella, Orbetello (GR). This private Villa is much more of a simple holiday home on the Lagoon of Orbetello.
A vacation villa at Orbetello
It is a true work of art, designed by the architect Alberto Carpiceci. The villa is one of the only two homes built right next to the lagoon, before it was declared a natural oasis and so, before it became forbidden to build there.
Beds and baths
The rooms of this house in Tuscany, spacious and comfortable, can accommodate up to 10 people divided into 5 rooms on two levels.
- Downstairs there are two double bedrooms and one with two single beds.
- Upstairs two double bedrooms and one sofa bed in the living.
- There are 3 bathrooms with shower (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs).
For a lovely location, an unrepeatable accomodation!

Services
It is provided a service of room cleaning with change of linen.
Both floors of the villa are equipped with kitchenette and kitchenware. You can request a half-board in a restaurant near the house.
The villa on the Orbetello lagoon has a small private garden with outdoor shower, barbecue and garden furniture for eating outside.
On request we can provide private transfers from or to the airports in Rome and Florence and from or to the train stations of more nearby cities.
Activities to combine with the stay in the lagoon at villa Fabianella
A trip to the enchanting Capalbio, where the view of countryside and sea is enjoyable from the ancient walls… a very interesting place to have a good aperitif with italian wine!
A lunch or a dinner at the Orbetello Fishermen Cooperative. Only there you can taste the lagoon fish, which obviously can not be found anywhere else!
Half day of relaxation at the spa of Saturnia.
Tasting of cheeses at nearby farmhouse.
Guided visit to an ancient cistern, or to the wonderful GrandDuke caves (just for adventure lovers!)
