New Year at lagoon moon in Orbetello, Tuscany
For this New Year we want to offer villa Fabianella, at Giannella, Orbetello (GR)
The villa, designed by architect Alberto Carpiceci, is one of two buildings built right next to the lagoon, before it was declared a natural oasis and, thus, became forbidden to build.
The rooms, spacious and comfortable, can accommodate 8 people divided into 4 rooms on two levels. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with shower.
This is an opportunity and a unique location!
We offer accommodation for three days and three nights in half board, leaning against the nearby restaurant “The Fish poor” (less than five minutes walk from the villa) managed by the lovely Alfredo, with whom we have an agreement.
You can order half-board, all or in part, domiciled at the villa.
Guests are of course available also the various kitchens, dishes and whatever else wish at the villa.
All this at a price of € 365.00 each.
The fee includes accommodation in a villa with a change of linen and a half board (breakfast and dinner) for the duration of the stay.
Obviously includes a New Year’s Eve … really special, to feel our friend Alfredo.
A Lunch possible for the day January 1, will be agreed, and is currently excluded from the quota.
Free to move as you like for the territory, we may advise
- A trip to the enchanting Capalbio, where the view is enjoyable from the walls would stand beside beautifully in a good aperitif
- A dinner at the Orbetello Fishermen Cooperative. Only there you can sample the cuisine of the lagoon fish, which obviously can not be found anywhere else
- Half a day of relaxation at the spa of Saturnia
N.B. The cost of participation is intended for a group of 8 people (4 couples). If this number is not reached, the individual share would rise.
Terms and conditions
Advances and Payments, Cancellation Policy and Health Insurance
For all programs there is a minimum of 8 participants and a maximum of 16 required. If the total number of bookings is less than 8 total participants, LandinItaly reserves the option to cancel the program; therefore we invite you to proceed with the purchase of airline tickets and hotel rooms with reimbursable programs.
At the booking a 30% of the total has to be paid. The total balance has to be paid 60 days prior to commencement of the travel date.
You can cancel your reservation up to 61 days before the trip, losing 50% of the advance payment. After this date will be able to, at most, transfer your booking to someone else, losing 33% of the advance payment. The final decision about the possible return of the ammount already paid is still assigned to the staff of LandinItaly.
We reserve the right, however, to recommend subscribing to health and cancellation insurance.
